“ Loved the simplicity of the food served to us today...in between bland and salty. Fresh and crunchy vegetables, large size shrimps. Ordered shrimp in lobster sauce, beef with broccoli, seafood chowmien and yan chow fried rice ...total bill $80 including tip. Very reasonable spending for a group of 3 plus take out box...we bring home extra food because they serve big portions. Many Asian aunties and uncles dining ... it means authentic Chinese food here ;-) ”

“ I've been there several times eat in as well as take out including party trays. All very good and being from Toronto the prices (on my relative scale) are excellent. Cantonese dishes are authentic and generally pretty good. We had a veggie pot 4* and eggplant with salt fish and chicken pot 3* but others liked it more, steamed chicken which I will give it 4* on the streamed chicken meter but I prefer my chicken prepped other ways. And 5* for a rice dish which is fried and then steamed inside a leaf wrap with about 10 giant shrimp. The place is small and on a Saturday evening was packed with 4 or 5 large tables by 630. Very loud as all Chinese restos are. But if it was empty and quiet that's a sign of bigger problems. ”

“ Mings is one of the few Asian places in Windsor with a decent price to match solid food (if you're from Toronto don't expect spectacular but definitely solid for price). Mings definitely better than Shin Shin, Jade and Schezuan Garden. Lunch special $8 is great value. Service was great and food was quick enough. Definitely will be back. ”
